Dewlap Toulouse

Bred extensively in France in the Toulouse district they came to be known as Toulouse and were exported to England, Ireland and other countries. It is the largest of the breeds and most sought after for there quality liver and to roast for the Holidays Standard weight is 20 to 27 lbs             

Embden

Originated in Hanover, Germany, it has been bred extensively in England. Because of its size and white plumage the Embden is particularly well adapted for market purposes. The standard weight is 20 to 26 lbs.
